CM congratulates Sachin Tendulkar

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' has congratulated batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar for scoring the first ever double century and setting up a record in the world cricket during yesterday's One-day-international against South Africa in Gwaliar.

In a statement, Dr Nishank said considering the fact that Sachin has many records in his kitty, the new record should not surprise us. He expressed hope that the master blaster will continue to set new records.

Meanwhile, cricketlovers here celebrated Sachin's double century against South Africa yesterday. The people expressed joy over the record.
